Terms of service
SERVICES & SCOPE
You are hiring Melonie F. Summers / Melonie Summers Creative LLC to provide the marketing services outlined on the invoice for an estimated total of $(the price that is in the invoice or receipt). Final pricing may change if work is requested outside the agreed scope.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You confirm you have authority to enter this agreement and agree to provide all required content, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays caused by late materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.
DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES
I will deliver the agreed services professionally and according to the approved timeline. I am not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.
PAYMENTS
Payment is required as outlined on the invoice. All payments are non-refundable. Work begins only after payment and contract acceptance are received.
BUY NOW, PAY LATER (BNPL) TERMS
If you choose a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option (e.g., Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4), your payment agreement is between you and the payment provider. I receive payment in full upfront and am not responsible for installment collection, disputes, or missed payments. Failure to complete BNPL payments does not affect your obligation under this contract.
REVISIONS
This project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional changes or out-of-scope work will be billed at $250/hour.
PROJECT PAUSES
If required feedback or materials are not received within 3 weeks, the project may be paused. A $250 restart fee may apply.
OWNERSHIP & USAGE
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you after full payment. I retain rights to unused concepts and may display completed work in my portfolio after project launch.
BUSINESS HOURS & COMMUNICATION
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Email responses are typically within 24 business hours. Consultations outside the project scope are billed at $250/hour.
LEGAL
This agreement is non-transferable and governed by United States law. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

This website is provided for information and booking purposes. Content may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our discretion.
All content on this website, including text, images, frameworks, and digital materials, is owned by Melonie Summers Creative LLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Services Provided
We provide creative and professional services including:
• web design
• brand strategy
• Business Identity Blueprint (BIB) sessions
• consulting and coaching sessions
• digital products and workshops
Exact deliverables are described in proposals, invoices, or session descriptions.
Client Responsibilities
By booking services, you agree to:
• attend appointments on time
• provide accurate and complete information
• meet requested deadlines for content and feedback
• communicate respectfully and professionally
Failure to provide materials or attend sessions does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Workshop Communications
By registering for a workshop offered by MS Creative, you consent to receive emails related specifically to that workshop, including confirmations, reminders, access links, and relevant updates.
These emails are limited to workshop-related communication only. You will not be added to our general mailing list unless you separately opt in.
Business Identity Blueprint (BIB) Policies
The Business Identity Blueprint Method™ is a proprietary brand-strategy method and service developed by Melonie Summers Creative LLC.
It is designed to help clarify your brand identity, messaging, and strategic direction. It is not legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for how you implement the recommendations.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your BIB session once within 30 days of the original date, subject to our availability.
Missed Sessions
Failure to attend a scheduled session or failure to provide notice will be treated as a forfeited session and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Refunds for BIB
All payments for the Business Identity Blueprint are non-refundable.
Payments & Refund Policy
All payments made to Melonie Summers Creative LLC are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
• Business Identity Blueprint sessions
• design services
• consulting sessions
• workshops
• digital products
• deposits and retainers
Because our services involve time, expertise, and intellectual property, they cannot be returned once delivered. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Work on any project begins only after required payments are received.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you cancel or do not attend your scheduled session, your payment remains non-refundable.
Rescheduling is only permitted as explicitly stated above and is subject to availability.
Recording and Documentation Policy
By booking any service, you consent to:
• audio and/or video recording of your session
• transcription of the session using AI tools
• secure storage of notes and documentation
Recordings and transcripts are used strictly for documentation and service improvement. They will not be publicly shared without your written consent unless required by law.
Use of AI Tools
AI tools may be used for:
• transcription
• note organization
• draft preparation
• conceptual brainstorming
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables. AI tools support efficiency but do not replace professional or personal judgment.
Intellectual Property Notice
The Business Identity Blueprint Method™ and all related worksheets, frameworks, exercises, documents, and recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of Melonie Summers Creative LLC.
Clients are granted permission to use provided materials for their own business only. You may not:
• resell
• teach
• license
• publish
• replicate
• claim authorship of
• or distribute
The Business Identity Blueprint Method™ or any part of it.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
• business outcomes or revenue changes
• losses related to implementation of discussed strategies
• delays caused by third-party platforms or vendors
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You remain responsible for all business choices and actions.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Client information is kept confidential except when:
• disclosure is required by law, or
• sharing is necessary to complete agreed services (for example, contractors or vendors assisting in project fulfillment)--------------Content & Project Restrictions
Melonie Summers Creative LLC reserves the right to decline any project at our discretion.
We do not accept projects that promote or are primarily focused on:
• occult practices or spiritualism
• sexually explicit content or pornography
• political campaigning or lobbying
• religious teaching, proselytizing, or doctrinal promotion
• hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity
If, after purchase or consultation, it becomes clear that a project falls into one of the categories above, the project will be declined. In that situation, any payment made for that specific service will be refunded.
This policy applies to project content only and is not a judgment of any person or group.
Changes to Policies
We may update these terms and policies at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
