By booking services, you agree to:
• attend appointments on time
• provide accurate and complete information
• meet requested deadlines for content and feedback
• communicate respectfully and professionally
Failure to provide materials or attend sessions does not constitute grounds for a refund.

The Business Identity Blueprint Method™ is a proprietary brand-strategy method and service developed by Melonie Summers Creative LLC.
It is designed to help clarify your brand identity, messaging, and strategic direction. It is not legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for how you implement the recommendations.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your BIB session once within 30 days of the original date, subject to our availability.
Missed Sessions
Failure to attend a scheduled session or failure to provide notice will be treated as a forfeited session and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Refunds for BIB
All payments for the Business Identity Blueprint are non-refundable.

All payments made to Melonie Summers Creative LLC are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
• Business Identity Blueprint sessions
• design services
• consulting sessions
• workshops
• digital products
• deposits and retainers
Because our services involve time, expertise, and intellectual property, they cannot be returned once delivered. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Work on any project begins only after required payments are received.

If you cancel or do not attend your scheduled session, your payment remains non-refundable.
Rescheduling is only permitted as explicitly stated above and is subject to availability.

By booking any service, you consent to:
• audio and/or video recording of your session
• transcription of the session using AI tools
• secure storage of notes and documentation
Recordings and transcripts are used strictly for documentation and service improvement. They will not be publicly shared without your written consent unless required by law.

AI tools may be used for:
• transcription
• note organization
• draft preparation
• conceptual brainstorming
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables. AI tools support efficiency but do not replace professional or personal judgment.

Clients are granted permission to use provided materials for their own business only. You may not:

• license
• publish
• replicate
• claim authorship of
• or distribute
The Business Identity Blueprint Method™ or any part of it.

We are not responsible for:
• business outcomes or revenue changes
• losses related to implementation of discussed strategies
• delays caused by third-party platforms or vendors
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You remain responsible for all business choices and actions.

Client information is kept confidential except when:
• disclosure is required by law, or
• sharing is necessary to complete agreed services (for example, contractors or vendors assisting in project fulfillment)--------------

Content & Project Restrictions

Melonie Summers Creative LLC reserves the right to decline any project at our discretion.

We do not accept projects that promote or are primarily focused on:

• occult practices or spiritualism

• sexually explicit content or pornography

• political campaigning or lobbying

• religious teaching, proselytizing, or doctrinal promotion

• hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity

If, after purchase or consultation, it becomes clear that a project falls into one of the categories above, the project will be declined. In that situation, any payment made for that specific service will be refunded.

This policy applies to project content only and is not a judgment of any person or group.
